What you’ll do:
- You support your head chef to effectively control gross profit
- You make sure you follow food safety and health + safety standards throughout your shift
- You understand the importance of growing sales + protecting profit
- Share your passion + knowledge of wagamama food
- During your shift, you create a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed + cared for
- You ensure the back of house team is fully trained on all dishes
- You solve any minor maintenance issues on shift, escalating any bigger issues
- You help spot, nurture + develop talent within the back of house team
- Manage the line effectively so every dish served is of high quality + served to specification
