We have a great opportunity for somebody to join our property team as a project coordinator! in this role you’ll support the team with the coordination of various projects including small facilities works, restaurants refurbishments + new restaurant openings. strong organisation + administrative skills are a must + this is a great role for somebody aspiring to become a project manager in the future
What you’ll do:
- Plan + coordinate for our restaurant refurbishments, preparing all plans + managing stakeholders
- Supports with sustainability projects
- Oversee the purchase order + invoicing process ensuring all contractor invoices are passed to the accounts team to be processed for payment
- Visit restaurants to assess + analyse proposed projects, presenting options back to the project manager
- Attend pre-start + handover meetings with the project manager
- Manage the property team trackers, holding the team accountable to ensure deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate multiple internal (estates team) + external stakeholders (landlords) to ensure projects move forward and are delivered within agreed timelines
- Co-ordinate + manage multiple ‘small works’ projects across our national estate of restaurants
What you’ll have:
- Experience coordinating projects for a large multi-site business is a must
- Strong understanding of excel, powerpoint, outlook + microsoft teams
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Tenacious with a gets things done attitude
- Enjoys working at pace
