Position Summary:
You’ll learn all the fundamentals of Field Delivery. How to build, test and integrate end-to-end customer solutions to support customer order delivery. Not to mention how to build, test and maintain Vodafone’s core and mobile radio access networks, working with both our people and external partners. In short, you’ll work with – and learn from – a wide variety of talented people.The role will also get involved in repair activity, which involves troubleshooting and replacing equipment at customer premises, within the core network and our mobile Radio Access network.
You’ll need to be the kind of person who’s always motivated. Someone who loves fixing anything and everything. Communication skills and effective Time Management are a must. So is the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. There’ll be tight deadlines sometimes, so flexibility and focus are key. Most important of all there’ll be lots of time on the road and working at heights, so you’ll need to be comfortable with all that.
Required Education & Experience:
- To NOT have a qualification already at degree level or higher in the same subject
- A full clean driving license
- To be 18 years or over as of 1st Sept 2021
- To be eligible to work in the UK and not be in full-time education
- To have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years or more
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English at GCSE or A Level, or an equivalent level qualification such as a Level 2 apprenticeship, by Sept 2021
