Job Overview:

What you’ll do:

  • Understand how antibodies work in immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and flow cytometry.
  • Practical skills in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence
  • Processing human tissues and blood
  • Supporting materials management, including ordering, receiving, release, and inventory management
  • Performing general lab maintenance activities
  • Liaising with third party service providers
  • Authoring and revising SOPs, and supporting document management and change control activities
  • Documentation of deviations, participating in investigations and trending, and implementation of CAPAs
  • Maintaining a high level of tissue and document quality, including quality control of stains
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Performing quality control testing
  • Performing cell culture procedures such as expansion and cryopreservation
  • Slide digitization and image analysis
  • Adhering to SOPs and maintaining documentation of procedures

What you’ll have:

  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • BSc in biological sciences, immunology or similar field
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Demonstrated technical skills in cell culture and in vitro immunological assays
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
