Position Summary:

The Travel and Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for our fast-growing Travel and Expense spend and operations. The individual in this position will be the general go-to for activities surrounding T&E processes and procedures and global/domestic expansions. The position will interface with the general user base and ensure the corporate policy is maintained and will address user questions related to T&E process. The Administrator will also have day to day operational interactions with travel suppliers such as Concur, travel management supplier, preferred hotels, preferred rental car company, and others as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train users on Concur, company policies and processes.
  • Engage with Concur end users and manage inquiries and requests
  • Prepare/Review T&E and PCARDS related KPIs, reports, journal entries and reconciliations
  • Operational interaction with travel suppliers such as Concur, travel management, preferred hotels, rental car companies and others as appropriate.
  • Ensure corporate T&E and PCARD policy is maintained, and exceptions are documented through compliance audits and monitoring.
  • Proactively collect user feedback for tools and processes and continue to improve T&E / PCARD processes.
  • Timely address user questions related to T&E and PCARD purchasing tools and processes.
  • Other ad hoc activities.
  • Assist with user maintenance for Concur, including system implementations, user updates via
  • Workday and other integrations and Concur new tools like PCARD and TRAVEL.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and data mining tools
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in Entertainment /SaaS Industry
  • Familiarity preparing and analyzing financial reports related to this field
  • Familiarity with procurement and or A/P function
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Experience administering Concur
  • Experience administering Travel and Expense programs
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
