The Specialist acts as a lead operational data expert and action planning facilitator who provides advanced quantitative support on performance related data with a goal to track and enhance customer facing metrics every day.
What you’ll do:
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and works with data engineering and COE team on data quality and discrepancy issues
- Work with Transportation team and partners in preparing Monthly and Quarterly business review with partners (internal and external), Holiday planning discussions, etc., from an SLA performance standpoint
- Analyze scheduling trends to determine root cause and recommendations to mitigate future issues.
- Work closely with corporate analytics team and relevant communities/organizations to stay current on latest technologies used, and to continuously create, translate, develop, evolve, and optimize models used in the organization to meet the needs of operations
- Continuously tune products and data sets for efficiency and optimization of processes
- Lead performance improvement initiatives from gap analysis to training program roll out across multiple areas of supply chain
What you’ll have:
- 2+ years of experience in improving processes
- 2+ years Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Related Experience
- 2 + years Vendor Relationship skills
- 1+ years of experience using analytical skills to problem-solve
