Key Responsibilities:

  • Submitting capital expense forecast and preparing AFE’s and justifications
  • Cost and business strategy
  • Budget development and management reporting of financial and statistical planning, generating Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) for large capital projects and construction and maintain all expenses related to the facility operations such as rent, utilities, janitorial, gas and oil
  • Reports to Manager – Responsible for maintaining data for the business plan, labor planning, performance management, facility vendors
  • Reconcile budget accounts and ensure proper coding
  • Prepare and publish operational statistics, including financial operations and labor metrics

Required Education & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of college business accounting
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Aviation Knowledge, detail oriented, Microsoft Office, SCEPTRE Hyperion, General Ledger, Web AP, ARIBA and Oracle
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance
  • High School Graduate
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
