Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor other Team Members
  • Drive Team and stakeholders to make key decisions and accomplish objectives, regardless of obstacles and setbacks
  • Perform other job duties as directed by Leaders
  • Work with Business Owners and key stakeholders to develop project charters for key strategic initiatives
  • Identify potential opportunities through data analysis, industry knowledge, business models, and discussions with Stakeholders
  • Develop summary presentations to enable decision making for Managers and Directors
  • Interact with other Departments concerning supply chain management/lifecycle issues
  • Expand the knowledge base and cultivate new skills for Employees and Leaders
  • Perform analysis to validate assumptions, construct justifications, and build business cases for strategic initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Department or enterprise projects and initiatives

Required Education & Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute tasks simultaneously to meet Department objectives while seeking guidance as needed to resolve issues/questions
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to support and provide help to Team Members to ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks
  • Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate views concisely and convincingly
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to persuade and influence people outside area of responsibility and maximize area of influence
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Skilled in developing presentations with the ability to digest, synthesize, and capture key messages and their rationale in clear communication
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, Leadership, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
  • Ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and aviation/aerospace
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Skilled in identifying unnecessary complexity and seeking solutions to reduce or eliminate it
