Position Summary:

To meet delegated legal objectives such as case planning, development and management, legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents. Utilise technical knowledge to make recommendations to legal team members.

Required Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in civil litigation process including defended legal procedures.
  • Diploma in Risk Management
  • 1-2 years Experience in manage, identify and mitigate complex legal risks.
  • 5-7 years proven experience in case planning, development and management, legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents, with at least 3 years within the legal and/or financial sectors.
  • First Degree & Admitted Attorney
