Position Summary:

We have created Sky’s first Centre of Excellence for RPA called SPACE (Sky Process Automation Centre of Excellence), which is now in its 4th year and expanding, giving you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our future robotic automation capabilities. Sky’s RPA team designs, develops & supports robust automated solutions, to increase efficiency and productivity across any business area” – RPA Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end requirements management process throughout the project life cycle and accurately capture the functional and non-functional specifications for any automation
- Lead engagement with business and technology stakeholders
- Collaborate with SPACE developers and QAs to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and implemented
- Create and drive best analysis practices throughout the team
- Identify and evaluate automation opportunities
Required Education & Experience:
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proven RPA analysis experience across projects of varying sizes and ideally involving enterprise systems in the domains of CRM, billing, telephony etc.
- Ability to effectively manage several projects in parallel
- Ability to adapt analysis approach quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- A solid understanding of RPA technologies e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere etc.
