Required Education & Experience:
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Knowledge of firearms and ammunition (may include but not limited to: firearm operating principles, firearm design principles, firearm operating cycles, the meaning/significance of firearm markings/proofs marks, firearm terminology, firearm component names, ammunition terminology and ammunition hand-loading procedures).
- Experience using the Firearms Reference Table (FRT)
- Experience applying standard operating polices and quality assurance practices.
- Ability in preparing reports and technical documents
- Experience preparing court documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
- Knowledge of Part III of the Criminal Code and associated regulations, including the Firearms Act.
