Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives and events.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for members of our leadership team
  • Work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness
  • Act as a liaison both internally and externally, maintaining a sense of professionalism and collaboration at all times
  • Be a need-filler – anticipating what is required to make your Principal(s) successful, allowing them to support their teams. From grabbing lunch on busy days to identifying conflicts, no task is too small.
  • Prepare international travel arrangements and itineraries, and meticulously file expenses
  • Manage the coordination of internal and external meetings and interviews, including heavy calendaring and conference room booking
  • Plan team offsites, onsites and events
  • Extensive calendar management and travel planning for internal and external meetings

Required Education & Experience:

  • Reliable teammate – able to thrive in a team setting, willingness to help others, while also being able to work well independently
  • Highly proficient in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar, and Google Docs
  • Problem solver – proactively and efficiently identifies creative solutions
  • Must be highly organized, efficient, and demonstrate innate attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Independent – able to work under little direction and exercise sound judgment when making time-sensitive decisions
  • Experience working with leaders in a fast-paced environment preferably in technology, media, internet or related companies
  • Must be extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast growing technology company
  • Quick learner – have a “knack” for tech – able to figure out new systems and adapt on the go
  • Self-starter – knows when to trust instincts and when to ask for help
  • Commitment to meeting expense reporting deadlines and travel policies
  • 2+ years prior experience in an administrative support role, supporting multiple calendars, or similar
