Position Summary:

Our Commerce Cloud team is seeking motivated Support Engineers that are results-oriented, phenomenal teammates ready to join our ground breaking support team! These positions are for individuals who are highly motivated, self-directed, and have a desire to deliver outstanding support. You possess excellent analytical skills and be ready to be part of a customer-centric, fast paced, global operation that provides unlimited technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist third-party developers to troubleshoot their integration with salesforce.com APIs, Apex, Visualforce and implementation of other salesforce.com developer products
  • Define and describe technical best practices.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of product and other technical training.
  • Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.
  • Manage customers’ expectations and deliver high quality customer satisfaction.
  • Identify product and services up-sell opportunities and describe Salesforce solutions that is eloquent, accurate, and persuasive.
  • Write sample code, client libraries, and supply to Open Source projects.
  • Resolve and debug technical issues and skill-fully lead sophisticated service tickets
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise optimally to help customers.
  • Build knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the developer community
  • Complete assigned project responsibilities.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience working with Client OMS interfaces with external systems using Middleware like Mulesoft or Azure IPAAS
  • Hands-on experience with Node JS, React JS, APEX and Lightning Web components
  • Solid understanding of XMLs and JSON and Set up of Real-Time Event Monitoring
  • 2+ years prior experience in a support or customer service environment
  • Ability to independently setup a local instance of Client OMS for development purpose
  • 2-4 years experience delivering or supporting a digital media business and working with martech/adtech or other similar SaaS solution
  • Knowledge of any popular IDE (Eclipse), code repository (SVN, client’s, GitHub)
  • Hands-on development experience with core Java, servlets and web services (REST & SOAP)
  • A proactive approach to self-education and professional development
  • Ability to resolve customer service issues and skillfully lead complex customer service problems for people with disabilities
