To support our rapid growth, our Customer Solutions (CS) Recruiting team is hiring a Recruiter to help drive our hiring. We love our technology and are deeply committed to building this company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in recruitment related activities such as conferences, sourcing lunches and open house events.
  • This role will be a full cycle recruitment position, responsible for the whole journey from sourcing to closing…and beyond.
  • Screen and interview candidates for key role requirements and company values alignment.
  • Innovate on ways to evolve our hiring system and improve upon attraction and assessment of all candidates.
  • Develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality candidates.
  • Partner with business executives (Director, VP+), hiring managers and the recruiting team to assess short and long term hiring requirements and collaborate on org wide recruiting activities and overall external talent acquisition strategy.
  • Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and execute on our diversity sourcing initiatives
  • Connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process, provide a world-class experience, solicit feedback and ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Work closely with your peer team to support our overall efforts to hire, predominantly within sales.

Ideally 5-8+ years sales recruitment experience including enterprise sales. You have a strong recruiter brand and are known in the recruiting community. Previous experience within software industry is highly preferred.
