Position Summary:
As Instacart continues its rapid expansion, we are looking to add additional Sales Associates to our Brand Partnerships team. Sales Associates will be responsible for managing a book of active brand partners, as well as for onboarding new advertisers onto Instacart’s advertising platform. Sales Associates are the main point of contact for their assigned brands and own all aspects of the advertising relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product teams in determining the right priorities for product improvements to help scale ad products for small to medium sized businesses
- Onboard new advertisers to the platform, assisting with campaign creation, launch and renewal
- Act as a primary point of escalation for technical issues
- Maintain a high volume of weekly inputs, including scheduled client meetings and emails
- Support the launch of new programs and features
- Reach and exceed KPIs including activations, retained advertisers and revenue
- Generate weekly campaign reports and monthly / quarterly reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with a book of actively advertising emerging brands
Required Education & Experience:
- Comfortable analyzing and speaking to data/insights.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solver
- Familiarity with tools of the trade (eg. Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive)
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-4 years of experience in a sales environment
