Position Summary:
This function is to ensure exceptional Guest Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless service experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our hotels, by delighting them from welcome until farewell. To delight guests with the complete range of Spa treatments always delivered to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting huddles during shifts to ensure seamless communication.
- Analyzing operations and assigning resources accordingly.
- Providing constructive feedback (on- and off-the-job).
- Coaching and training on-the-job.
- Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
- Oversee and ensure all operational tasks in F&B Service are conducted in line with the service standards and procedures.
- Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service while living up to service standards and procedures.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
- Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.

Required Education & Experience:
- Must be flexible to work in different outlet – Lobby Lounge, All Day Dining, Banqueting, In Room Dining and Pool Bar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an F&B specialist in a Supervisory role in a 5 star hospitality industry or at least 5 years of experience working in F&B including management level experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality industry for junior roles.
- Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
