Position Summary:
Emaar Development is the UAE build-to-sell property development business of Emaar Properties, responsible for iconic master-planned freehold communities in Dubai including Emirates Living, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Arabian Ranches. Emaar development has a high-quality land bank of 170 million square foot gross area for build to sell properties in the UAE, which at an average development rate is expected to service at least 12 years of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the regional sales programs and campaigns in the channel partner ecosystem, building a cordial relationship with the key partners and focusing on their satisfaction by managing their feedbacks and minimizing grievances.
- Planning agent events and road-shows with channel partners.
- Executing strategies aiming towards achieving business growth as well as profitability by forging partner alliances and managing key accounts/brokers and building a strong indirect channel partner network.
- Conduct workshops with Sales and Trainer as well as personally to continuously activate new agents and ensure consistency levels with existing agent network of local as well as international agents.
- Manage Agents Alliance loyalty Program for Brokers.
- Overseeing a dynamic team and ensures that agent activation and engagements are properly executed and maintained.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the agents Program and propose relevant changes.
Required Education & Experience:
- Degree from a recognized University/College. MBA is a requirement.
- Minimum 5-6 years of UAE or abroad agency development / brokers relationship management experience gained preferably in a
- Property Development or Real Estate Developer.
- 8-10 years’ broker engagement experience gained preferably in a Property Development/ Real Estate Developer.
