Position Summary:
Remove radio transmitters and alarm systems from cancelled client premises
Key Responsibilities:
- Report on removals done
- Removal of radio transmitters:
- Visit clients that we are unable to trace
- Hand all removed equipment to stores
- Removal of alarms for re-instalment at a later stage
- Liaise with accounts regarding outstanding payments
Required Education & Experience:
- Good customer liaison skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Good telephone manners
- PSIRA (minimum Grade E)
- Valid Drivers License
- Radio / alarm removal experience
- Basic technical knowledge
