Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading or working within project teams that produce data analysis reports and visualizations that communicate quantitative analysis findings to managers on program efficiencies, measures, and operations.
  • Researching, analyzing, and providing expert technical advice and assistance on complex program issues, performance measurement, and/or advanced analytic studies;
  • Providing training and mentoring to empower other analysts to develop skills and expanding the Agency’s overall analytic capability.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing analytical studies.
  • Solving complex analytical problems and presenting findings to senior leadership to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Engaging stakeholders to identify analytic priorities and needs, collaborating through project completion, and implementing program changes based on analytic findings.
  • Developing data visualizations and dashboards that connect senior leadership and analysts to their data.
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, gaining consensus and identifying joint agreements;
  • Using quantitative methods to plan and organize program or evaluation data collection and analysis efforts;

Required Education & Experience:

  • You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.

  • Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
