Position Summary:
Logistics and Last mile determines whether products get into customers hands reliably. The Product Manager for Logistics + Last mile will work with cross functional teams to build products and integrate the systems and third party providers required so we can own the customer experience right into the customer’s hands. The PM will craft, own and execute on the product roadmap for the Logistics + Last mile team which will include building stable integrations into third party providers alongside building bespoke products and systems for TFG Labs’ own courier.
What you’ll do:
- Create, own and maintain the product roadmap, including the scoping, sizing and prioritisation of initiatives that will deliver value against KPIs
- This includes running day-to-day ceremonies of a product team including standup, planning, grooming and retrospectives
- Build and maintain relationships with other teams within the Fulfilment Product tribe
- Write detailed product specifications, collaborating closely with BI + Analytics, Design and engineering teams to ensure business impact + customer value
- Communicate plans and progress to cross-functional Partners and Leadership
- Work closely with the fulfilment business unit to triage and prioritise operational issues
- Define metrics and track progress against them regularly
- Drive the execution and delivery of your team’s goals
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners to build, test, implement and operationalise initiatives
- Develop a strong partnership with engineering in order to execute effectively
What you’ll have:
- Data driven with the ability to draw insights from data, and use data to drive prioritisation
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bonus for eCommerce fulfilment experience
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Advantageous
- Experience in Fulfilment, Logistics and Courier/Delivery related products
- Solution oriented, accountable and highly self motivated
- Highly structured thinker with strong attention to detail
