Position Summary:
The Product Manager, Loyalty is responsible for conceptualizing and designing the digital product initiatives for Alshaya, with the focus on the loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
This role includes supporting the Senior Product Manager and Loyalty team in the delivery and running of the Alshaya loyalty programme including, but not limited to, the below:
- Update (add/remove/modify) product roadmap based on changing competitive landscape, customer feedback and data driven customer insights.
- Collaborate with designers and IT team to translate user journeys into UI/UX for all touchpoints.
- Maintain a backlog of features identified during product development to be picked up for development in future sprints, through agile working.
- Document test scripts for UAT – executable test cases with test data, execution steps and expected output.
- Define user journeys and create stories for each of the user personas.
- List prioritized short and long-term measurable goals for the product and tasks required to achieve the same.
- Maintain a structured document (Epic/Themes – user stories – tasks) outlining vision, direction, priorities and progress of a product over time.
- Build networks within Alshaya & influence successful delivery of digital products
- Conduct User acceptance testing as per test scripts
Required Education & Experience:
- Skilled in multi-tasking and supporting several projects simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience in Retail (business facing roles)
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong organisational, product management and analytical skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong self-starter
- Bachelors Degree (engineering / computer engineering a bonus)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within Loyalty
- Good written and spoken English (Arabic a bonus)
- Strong problem-solving skills
