Position Summary:

The Product Manager, Loyalty is responsible for conceptualizing and designing the digital product initiatives for Alshaya, with the focus on the loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

This role includes supporting the Senior Product Manager and Loyalty team in the delivery and running of the Alshaya loyalty programme including, but not limited to, the below:

  • Update (add/remove/modify) product roadmap based on changing competitive landscape, customer feedback and data driven customer insights.
  • Collaborate with designers and IT team to translate user journeys into UI/UX for all touchpoints.
  • Maintain a backlog of features identified during product development to be picked up for development in future sprints, through agile working.
  • Document test scripts for UAT – executable test cases with test data, execution steps and expected output.
  • Define user journeys and create stories for each of the user personas.
  • List prioritized short and long-term measurable goals for the product and tasks required to achieve the same.
  • Maintain a structured document (Epic/Themes – user stories – tasks) outlining vision, direction, priorities and progress of a product over time.
  • Build networks within Alshaya & influence successful delivery of digital products
  • Conduct User acceptance testing as per test scripts

Required Education & Experience:

  • Skilled in multi-tasking and supporting several projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail (business facing roles)
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Strong organisational, product management and analytical skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong self-starter
  • Bachelors Degree (engineering / computer engineering a bonus)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within Loyalty
  • Good written and spoken English (Arabic a bonus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
