Position Summary:

Responsible for performance and benchmarking metrics and KPI development, reporting and tracking within the Global DS&C Customer Service E&D organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • It collaborates with other GCSC Advisors in executing various CSC advisory activities and initiatives, and supports the enterprise’ Leading Performance efforts by acting as the Value Driver Coordinator (VDC) for Global CSC E&D.
  • The Global Performance & Benchmarking Specialist plays a critical role in driving the Global CSC E&D ( Enablement and Digitization) team’s financial/ business planning, opex management, org capability and continuous improvement initiatives. It drives performance through regularly baselining, evaluating, monitoring and externally benchmarking cost, productivity and quality performance metrics.
  • It also helps drive strategic clarity, team engagement and alignment by organizing and facilitating GCSC E&D LT and extended LT meetings, Town Hall events and other stakeholder meetings which cover updates and exchanges of insights on important ‘run’ and ‘change’ Global CSC priorities.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Has solid attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Data Analytics and Visualization
