Job Overview:

As a Multi Unit Manager, you will travel to visit the restaurants in the following cities in British Columbia’s Beautiful Okanagan: Merritt, Lake Country, Armstrong, Enderby, and Sicamous, and Salmon Arm.
As a Multi Unit Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates Management and Team Members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with your team members and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training Management and Team Members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the leadership team in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

What you’ll do:

  • Complete cash reports and related forms
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets
  • Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example
  • Resolving guest feedback, as well as working with your team to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in place
  • Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
  • Be a leader and always lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and procedures
  • Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management
  • Coach & discipline Team Members as needed
  • Training new Team Members and prospective management
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Monitor weekly and monthly inventories
  • Controlling food & paper costs using order guides
  • Participate in the recruitment process
  • Prepare and provide restaurant Management and Team Members with performance reviews

What you’ll have:

Your 3+ years of quick-service experience in a management role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching Management and Team Members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
