Position Summary:
Leadership role driving the decisions on new processes, tools, reports, dashboards, insights, etc… to improve efficiency for SOC/ATW/BTW/Business Office and other AO Departments in the CSC and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytics for Winter Operations and Move Team leadership team and enhance existing software that provides data to the station leadership on compliance with the Winter Ops procedures
- Lead analytics reporting for APU usage insights and develop/enhance our reporting interfaces (dashboards and emails) presenting performance and goals with all stations around the United System
- Develop new reports and insights for Airport Operations senior leadership in SOCs, ATW, BTW and Business Office leadership
- Develop and communicate operational reliability insights for senior leadership (e-Team)
- Coordinate and run data engineering and digital technology teams to fix and enhance existing reporting and dashboard infrastructure developed for airport operations CSC and field leaders
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Beginner to intermediate Python/VB/VBA knowledge
- JS/NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, GitHub
- Programming/Coding experience
- Dashboarding and Data Visualization experience
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools
- Airport Operations SOC experience
- Task/System/Reporting Automation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Administration or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Spotfire or other dashboarding business intelligence tools
- 3 years of Operations Analytics experience
