Job Overview:
As a Repair Specialist, you will be in charge of repairing damaged products from our customers.
Working in the local repair center, you will make sure to make all the repairs at the highest standards of care, as behind every product there is a customer.
What you’ll do:
- Make the extra mile to enhance our service (leather care, polishing …)
- Maintain repair tracking system
- Create First-class customer experience ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service, repair and timeliness
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, physical and on the system
- Communicate with the stores regarding request priority management or any repair delays
- Follow-up the store orders
- Apply hot stamping
- Order spare parts when necessary and secure proper level of stock
- Repair leather good items, watches, accessories, fashion jewelries etc.
- Maintain KPIs
- Ensure lead time and quality of repair process
- Manage shipment of repairs completed and reverse spare parts to Cergy
- Outstanding organizational skills
What you’ll have:
- You speak English fluently, Arabic is a plus.
- You have a first experience as a Repair Specialist or a previous experience in Craftmanship.
