What you’ll do:
Reporting to the International Sales Administration Manager, the International Commercial Administration Intern will apply and complement the theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences and acquire a practical experience through the participation, collaboration and support in the following functions and tasks:
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Follow up with and resolving of incidents.
- Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide information to the regions about the status of their orders
- Give support in the resolution of incidences between the Commercial Team and the Customer Service department
- Attending to customer enquiries about prices, new products, etc.
- Updating client’s database
- Administrative management and reception of the orders
- Administrative assistance to the international commercial team.
