What you’ll do:

  • Wil have to participate in the implementation of appropriate logistics models that support business strategies, company expansion and cost reduction strategies as well as participating in various projects to expand the company portfolio.
  • Be the central contact for our third party logistics service provider.
  • Give proactive advise about improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes, simulation of new scenarios
  • Manage warehouse inventory, ensure the cycle counts process, keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock and organize destruction of goods with close cooperation with finance and the logistics service provider.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports.
  • Have strong SAP knowledge and IT skills as well as experience with warehouse management systems and interfaces to ensure that IT systems in place are effective, appropriately maintained and accurate.
  • Have a close cooperation with, customer service, branch logisticsand as well as with finance to ensure the right service to our clients.
  • Manage any unrouteable issue during the optimization process within the timelines expected
  • Implement & follow up the KPIs
  • Conduct any communication with Customer Care /SCP or Sites related with daily operations activities
  • Assure Delivery reception and I-doc errors resolution
  • Also manage related issues
  • Have strong skills to interpret trends, analyse and review data in order to provide meaningful logistics data to the internal stakeholders and to assess logistic service provider performance by promoting continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate transport in between brands (France) and logistics providers
  • Prepare and monitor third party logistics service budget.
  • Invoice verification of transport and storage service providers

What you’ll have:

  • Strong analytical and business oriented
  • Expert in office tools.
  • Proactivity, continuously improving and looking for process efficiencies
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is supply chain management, operations, or logistics.
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in logistics, supply chain and transportation function with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
  • Proficient Spanish, English and French
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities
  • Knowledge of software as SAP or TMS will be a plus and Power BI
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous will be valued.
  • Experience in International Transport Planning and Execution
  • Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations will be valued
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
