Position Summary:

This person will partner with all key stakeholders across the organization, in the areas of e-commerce Revenue, Marketing, Technology, Hotel Operations, etc. and strives to develop, lead, and execute the best practices in strategic enterprise change management for transformational initiatives to continue to grow the business. This person will ensure the company’s overall strategy and goals are supported, adopted, and championed by the business with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, facilitate and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Plan, facilitate and support the leadership alignment strategy.
  • Drive strategic change management and communications for the broader team.
  • Co-develop quality standards, KPIs, and milestones for product delivery to ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate and enable decisions, actions, and completion of documents for broad organization communication.
  • Define best practices across the enterprise to ensure a cohesive, repeatable performance/productivity measure across all teams.
  • Create a roadmap of strategic change initiatives to support program goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a culture that encourages transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring Ways of Working that foster cross-team collaboration to ensure successful product delivery.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Exceptional Project Management Experience
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives, peers, and employees.
  • Strong knowledge of communications and change approach and methodology.
  • Proven knowledge of technology methodology (Waterfall and Agile) and knowledge of key business tools & technologies.
  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of organization, policies & practices preferred.
  • Cruise Industry background a plus.
  • Record of accomplishment of successful delivery of stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communications activities, and organizational readiness.
  • Solid experience of organizational change and planning and executing effective internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Master’s degree in organizational psychology or social sciences strongly preferred; three to five years of change management experience.
