Position Summary:
Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) is a pioneer and leading multi-function Shared Services Center in the Philippines located in Makati City. With a workforce of more than 1,000, CHI delivers business services and solutions in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, marketing support and information technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles set-up of credit card rent contract for network usage.
- Responsible for reporting requirements of sales organization such as but not limited to demographic reports, volume and other requirements by the Decision Support Group
- Accountable for all measured service levels
- Manages review and approval process via e-mail interaction with Business Consultants including customer validation via Easenet and identifying if customer is a government entity.
- Handles mailbox for requests (daily). Determines whether request is for account set-up, password reset or needs to be elevated to Level 2 Support
- Handles Lubricants mailbox – making sure all emails are reviewed, forwarded to the correct parties on a daily basis
- Key resource for all master data processes and procedure.
- Responsible for the complete, accurate, and timely input and maintenance of all SAP account master data for North America & Canada
- Lubricants sales customers (new accounts/onboarding, account maintenance and all account activities)
- Responsible for the complete, accurate, and timely input and maintenance of all SAP account master data for North America Lubricants sales customers.
- Responsible for the timely handling of CO-OP Funds and other virtual allowances
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Keen to details
- Willing to work night shift and PH holidays
- With sense of urgency, highly reliable and excellent customer service
- Good command of English language
- Experience in SAP system
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Business or related course
