Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the total operation of your pharmacy, which will include scheduling, weekly and period budgets, procurement and personnel. Responsible for developing a team committed to the highest standards in patient service, dispensing, inventory, pricing, licensing and record management. Oversee the training and scheduling of your pharmacy team. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems & rectify the issues
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with designers & product managers to iterate on the design & implementation of our product
- Review app and feature code, and plan future website upgrades with the development team
- Assist in the development of applications & features that will be put on the website & in internal applications
- Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our website renders well on most devices and is accessible
- Design a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the company
- Identify and uphold frontend engineering best practices
Required Education & Experience:
- Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills
- Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Detail oriented and work well in a team and individually
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- 5+ years experience working on React/Redux + Node.js
- Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with modern libraries and tooling
- Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times
