Position Summary:
Horizons is an employee development program designed to accelerate the competencies, knowledge, skills, and self-confidence of Chevron’s early career workforce. The program’s primary focus is the first three to five years of an employee’s career and provides a solid foundation of knowledge and experience which enables them to contribute at a higher level more quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in Chevron’s global teams handling resources across different countries
- Be assigned a buddy and mentor to help you succeed in your role and assignments
- Go through various trainings and on-the-job learning experiences to accelerate building your technical and domain skills while already adding value to Chevron
- Rotate to 3 different IT roles and assignments to increase technology and domain depth and breadth
Required Education & Experience:
- Prepared to work with teams from multiple locations.
- Excited to learn different IT tools and technologies.
- Awareness on the principle of Scrum-Agile framework (preferred)
- Motivated to take various IT and Functional trainings.
- Fresh graduate or young professionals with less than 2 years’ experience.
- Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and other computer related courses.
