Key Responsibilities:
The HRBP role is to enable business to give life to the company goal of being a great place for its employees. In addition HRBP’s will play an active role in aligning key business strategic outcomes with best people practices. The essence of the BP role is close involvement with business teams for business success. The HRBP will be responsible for:
- Advising Management on people issues, supported by measurement and evaluation of key people metrics.
- Being the expert and conduit on people challenges – especially Talent, Performance, and Diversity and Change management.
- Helping line managers execute business unit strategy.
- Providing ideas and challenge to management teams, thus acting as a catalyst for positive change.
- Collaborating with other parts of HR (e.g. Training, Payroll and Recruitment) to align their work with the business and to deliver a seamless and integrated HR service.
- Contributing to strategy discussions and decision-making at business unit level.
