Job Overview:

You are the liaison between the client and the hotel departments by communicating and orchestrating the needs of the client and seeing that all details are followed through with the highest level of service. In this role you are responsible for successful execution of all meetings and events to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Having the ability to deal with service recovery when an issue arises, as well as providing that extra client attention in making their experience the best it can be, are major parts of this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Supports the Departmental Leaders with daily operations and interaction with Sales Team and other appropriate departments.
  • Participate in development and measurement of personal and team goals and action plans.
  • Direct and assist with customer services via site visits, board meetings, menu tastings, and planning meetings for definite and potential groups.
  • Authorize appropriate resolution of customers’ concerns while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage customer relationships regarding the execution of fabulous events. You will spend 90% of the time on the floor with the client and the other 10% of the time preparing and being proactive in anticipating group needs and services.

What you’ll have:

  • Take initiative, be willing to assume responsibility for exceeding guests’ expectations.
  • Demonstrate an ability to follow a prescribed sequence of service with each encounter.
