What you’ll do:

In your new role as a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for every guest, every time. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and a good eye for detail is necessary. You will ensure brand service standards are met to the highest quality to ensure our guest’s experience meets their expectations of the Hilton Brand. In your role you will:

  • Provide prompt and efficient service while minting the hotels brand standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Maximise room sales through pro-active selling techniques
  • Be responsible for the accurate recording and processing of reservations

What you’ll have:

  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • At least one years’ experience in a customer service related role within the hospitality industry or experience in a reservations environment
  • Have a high level of knowledge of the local area
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management an advantage
  • Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
  • Well-presented, organised and calm personality
  • Be a team player in everything that you do
  • Fluent English essential, additional languages an advantage
  • A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
