Job Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations in our outlet, Mosaic to Go.
What you’ll do:
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel services
- Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
- Assist with any lobby food and beverage offerings
- Assist other departments, as necessary
- Clean the equipment, restock food and beverage items and clean areas on an as-needed basis
- Follow company brand standards
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
- Maintain the Mosaic to Go food and beverage outlet during designated periods

- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
- Previous food hygiene experience
- Smart and tidy, in appearance
- Electronic ordering systems experience

- Flexible, reliable, and responsive to a range of work situations
- Cash handling experience
- Prepared to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
