Job Overview:
As Events Executive, you will handle event management for events between 101 – 300+ pax. The Events Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
What you’ll do:
- Build relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their requirements and needs
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Liaise, support and effectively communicate between departments
- Produce accurate event orders
- Prepare event orders in a timely manner
- Develop successful customer partnerships
- Conduct informative site inspections and menu tastings
- Adhere and maintain system best practices and standards
What you’ll have:
- Excellent grooming standards
- Demonstrated previous experience working in the Conference & Events function
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- High level of IT skills (Delphi.FDC knowledge advantageous)
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
