Job Overview:

Join us in parking guest vehicles during peak Check-in and Check-out periods.

What you’ll do:

As a Porter, you will be assigned to work in the Concierge Department and whilst your key focus will be the parking and delivery of guest cars from the car park you will also be required to:

  • Assist other Front Office departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members
  • Assist with guests queiries
  • Ensure all Guest deliveries and messages are received effectively and efficiently

What you’ll have:

  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Excellent grooming standards, with uniform supplied and cleaned by the hotel.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
