Job Overview:
A Group Conference and Events Sales-Admin with Hilton Hotels & Resorts will maintain effective controls over all billing and invoicing functions for Groups, Conference and Events in accordance with objectives set by the GC&E Manager and in line with the highest standards of Hilton Worldwide.
What you’ll do:
- Capture all adhoc charges throughout the day
- Undertake general administration tasks for the Commercial department as required
- Work with the reservations executive and support
- Collate all back up documentation and forward to customer with their bill
- Work closely with G,C&E Sales Executives to ensure all customer requirements are charged correctly
- Process and prepare meetings, events and groups information for distribution throughout the hotel
- Ensure all bills are presented in the specified format
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Hotel Management
- Prepare and dispatch all customer’s bills within agreed timescales
- Process all conference and events charges each day
- Prepare all bills for conference and event customers
