Job Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Nights Manager, you are responsible for Managing operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Nights Manager will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
What you’ll do:
- Be environmentally aware
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Managing Food and Beverage Outlet operation
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Represent needs of the team
What you’ll have:
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation
- Previous experience in hotel industry
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Previous Management Food and Beverage experience
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
