The successful candidate assisting with managing all Conference and Events operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while optimising sales and ensuring targets are met. What you’ll do:

  • Writing reports with details of the event and send them to the team
  • Organising the team and beverage service for the different events of the day
  • Billing tabs to the correct accounts across each event of the day
  • Ensuring staff receive their rota and an additional casual and agency staff have been booked
  • Ensuring stock is ordered according to business levels
  • Communicating duties to the supervisory team

What you’ll have:

  • Conference and Events Operations experience in a managerial position in hotel/Events Centre or similar
  • Exceptional leadership skills to create a winning team
  • Record of success in Conference and Beverage, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel/leisure/service sector
