Job Overview:

As an Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Operations Supervisor will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front Desk
  • Ensure all outlets are staffed according to business levels
  • Manage all transactions during service
  • Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality
  • Control the flow of customers and orders throughout service
  • Maximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmes
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

What you’ll have:

  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager
  • Previous experience in organising Food and Beverage service in a range of outlets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills
  • Calm and organised
  • Interest in developing others to be part of a winning team
  • Front Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Previous experience at Supervisory level
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
  • Excellent grooming standards
