Job Overview:

As Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships, you will be tasked with managing and activating key Enterprise partnerships with a main focus on Hilton’s global sponsorships including McLaren F1, DP World Tour, Live Nation and The Ryder Cup.
The Senior Manager will also support with other partnership initiatives and the onboarding of new partners within selected international markets.
The role requires very strong stakeholder management and influencing, working closely with various internal teams including brands, content, development and loyalty. This role reports to the Director Strategic Partnerships and is based in Watford, United Kingdom.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide support and pull through for Global partnership initiatives as needed and develop/implement localized initiatives and activations
  • Create and deliver Hilton Honors experiences across sports, music and lifestyle partnerships, and curating money-can’t buy experiences for members.
  • Day to Day management of McLaren F1 and DP World Tour partnerships
  • Overseeing the execution of partnership activations across various regions and in key growth markets
  • Partner closely with regional loyalty, brand, customer experience, development, and technology teams to align and support in the delivery of the activations
  • Finding smart and innovative ways to utilize partnerships budgets for greater impact
  • Proactively track and report on partnerships impact to tell a compelling value story.

  • An advanced degree
  • A proven track record of managing complex multi-market, multi-stakeholder campaigns and projects that deliver upon company objectives.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) across an organization; skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Flexibility to travel 30%, as required
  • Experience in technology integrations and delivery with internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of global marketing, partnerships, and loyalty programs
