Job Overview:

A Conference and Events Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of Conference and Events areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing customer issues and undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks

What you’ll do:

As a Conference and Events Cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of public areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Conference and Events Cleaner will also be required to manage customer issues and undertake regular deep cleaning tasks. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel’s management
  • Carry out lost property procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness of all public areas
  • Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Manage master keys in his/her possesssion
  • Check Conference and Events areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessary
  • Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, e.g monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing
  • Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
