You will be responsible for the operationalization and support of Hilton Worldwide rate parity initiatives across the various approved third party, vendor, and customer contact points. This position will lead a team coordinating processes and identify enhancements associated with operating a fully effective Third Party Compliance Program and Rate Parity Lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive strategic improvements and innovative change in the rate parity process
  • Design, manage, and implement successful program launches by working closely with project teams and key partners at the corporate, regional, Brand, and Property levels
  • Establish and enforce operating policies and procedures, standards, process documentation, and publications that are consistent across regions and improve the overall effectiveness of the department
  • Collaborate with internal partners to successfully develop and add new programs and oversee the launch of new initiatives
  • Surface, mitigate, and/or escalate issues related to training and integration activities
  • Manage internal and external team activities and deadlines, support revenue driving initiatives, and develop automated reporting and analysis to optimize Hilton’s online distribution participation
  • Lead all aspects of the development and delivery of all relevant communications
  • Govern team and vendor processes, consult on optimal integration design, direct the development of key project plans, and negotiate and monitor the quality and the cost of services to support the program
  • Design and implement objective driven, analytically supported programs that use a wide range of strategies that are best suited for the deployment of digital-direct initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize quality standards related to how hotel rates and products are displayed across the third party space
  • Review and prioritize new development and enhancement requests based on level of effort and return on investment
  • Partner with global account teams and direct project resources to establish clear deliverables to meet the enterprise objectives
  • Provide direction on hotel-level and above-property program requirements including program implementation and training processes

What you’ll have:

  • MS/MA/Master’s Degree
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of team management experience (agency or client-side)
  • Collaboration: building consensus, developing relationships, and demonstrating diplomacy with executives and partners
  • Six (6) years of management experience
  • Influencing: building trust and persuading others using data, research, and expertise
  • Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and/or Omniture
  • Up to 45% of travel time
  • Eight (8) years of professional experience
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Coaching: a strong passion for team member development and culture building
  • Accountability: ownership of projects, results, and recommendations
  • Some experience with MS Access, VBA, and SQL
