Job Overview:

In collaboration with the leadership team, you will be responsible for the development, support, and implementation of brand strategies, programs, and projects to drive overall brand growth and guest experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Support brand leadership in the development and ownership conversations, in-person or virtual presentations, etc.
  • Present findings and recommendations and communicate strategic priorities to senior leadership and project teams.
  • Facilitate multiple, ongoing critical initiatives. You will often handle several projects at the same time.
  • Research and identify business opportunities and trends to drive the strategy of the Global Brands organization.
  • Explore customer and owner needs, including identifying unmet (or emerging) needs across the hospitality industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong reciprocal partnerships across Hilton’s internal teams.
  • Serve as project manager and lead in coordinating efforts between multiple teams.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of Hilton’s brands across various functional areas (development, operational performance, guest experience, product, marketing, etc.) to recommend strategic opportunities. This also includes identifying potential threats to the brands.
  • Provide insight and competitive intelligence to advise brand strategy and positioning.
  • Create, manage, and update brand presentations and collateral.

What you’ll have:

  • Three (3) Years of Project Management Experience, Strategy, Brand Management, Consulting, and/or Corporate planning capacity
  • Experience crafting/presenting brand presentations and collateral
  • Project management leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under time constraints, and effectively balancing concurrent demands while working across a matrixed organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including sophisticated knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate project objectives across audiences, including building positive collaborations
  • Three (3) years of experience with role functioning in Hotel Operations, Strategy, Brand Management
  • Experience in Brand Personality, Commercial Performance Experience, Hotel Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and/or Brand Performance Support
  • Proven analytical skills and fluency in data management with a pulse on Lifestyle trends. Ability to provide recommendations for innovations, opportunities, and future strategy of Motto by Hilton
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to coordinate with others to effectively address any areas of opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience assisting with the development of new strategies, building cases, gaining internal/external support in a cross-functional environment, and driving implementation
