Job Overview:

Through a deep understanding of client trends and business results, you will help execute the marketing strategy and coordinated marketing plans. Additionally, you will partner with our Global Centers of Excellence to implement marketing tactics from creative development, digital, CRM, media, and social media. This will drive revenue, brand love, and loyalty among existing luxury customers, while also encouraging new luxury traveler segments!

What you’ll do:

  • Management of invoice processing and tracking for the department
  • Steward and maintain the brands’ positioning and identities globally through the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and asset management
  • Support and implement brand partnerships and campaigns
  • Work with in-house creative teams to develop hotel logos for new hotels joining our brands.
  • Help identify core research, analytics, and metrics to inform guest trends, drive efficiency of marketing executions, and develop strong, engaging creativity.
  • Lead day-to-day activities of creative agencies to ensure timely and on-strategy execution of high-impact campaigns, including crafting clear strategic and tactical briefs and facilitating reviews.
  • Where appropriate, be involved in the category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts as needed.
  • Present findings and recommendations with inspiring visuals, persuasive communication, and touches that adapt the information to make it concise and relevant for each audience.
  • Maintain the luxury visual assets and specifically the luxury hotel photography process
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics, both long-term, and short-term, to help achieve brand goals.
  • Work with internal and external cross-functional teams to implement brand visual identity program.
  • Measure success and opportunities for improvement in a test-and-learn environment to improve return on investment.

What you’ll have:

  • Knowledge of franchise organizations and/or experience working within a franchise organization
  • Strong organizational, planning, and presentation skills and proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations
  • Building positive relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Experience working on a global brand and/or within a global company
  • Passionate about using trends to power marketing impact and innovation
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express sophisticated ideas, make recommendations, and summarize results and areas of opportunity
  • Experience in all aspects of developing, executing, and analyzing marketing plans
  • Marketing experience within the hospitality or similar industry
  • Experience in brand identity work and developing templates/playbooks for regional and hotel use is a benefit
  • Three (3) years of marketing experience, and a proven track record of supporting the management and execution of marketing programs and partnerships
  • Dedication to holding a high standard of excellence, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience overseeing marketing and promotional activities, including schedules, scope, and marketing budgets
  • Has an understanding of the affluent, luxury target audience and/or a curiosity to find out more
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Self-starter that is curious, upbeat, and has a passion for challenging the status quo
  • One year of experience using online project management software, performance, and monitoring of a defined sequence of tasks, arranged as a workflow application including the ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end
