Job Overview:

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be collaborating with multiple groups and cross-functional departments such as Marketing, IT/Technology Developers, Partners, and various business collaborators to listen and understand problems, document requests, review solutions to ensure they meet requirements, proactively provide recommendations, identify options and risks, perform UAT and supply to delivery planning. The partner in this role will be an integral part of a hardworking, results oriented, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering a detailed and connected experience for every customer.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and assess business requirements and technical specifications, to build test plans
  • Draft detailed test scripts driven using relevant test data and record test plan results to ensure quality product releases
  • Document requirements using standard methods – use cases, user stories and mapping, diagrams, requirements traceability matrix, test cases
  • Collaborate with team members to get answers to questions, finalize decisions, and put together plans
  • Support leadership with taking notes, manage actions items, and crafting/updating project plans or documentation
  • Establish, coordinate, and manage product backlogs
  • Investigate and document current state processes and technology related to MarTech and personalization
  • Assist with tracking all team members on task to achieve targeted timelines
  • Multitask and prioritize between multiple projects with contending priorities

What you’ll have:

  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to lead and prioritize multiple ongoing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver, assessing risks and developing solutions
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, technologies, product environments, and/or technology testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Three (3) years of overall professional work experience
  • Experience with any of the following systems Loyalty platform Tally, Adobe AEP, GEM, Mobile app, OHW, Opera, PEP, or OnQ PMS
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inspiring culture, enthusiastically working to engage with members of the team, while building positive relationships cross-functionally
  • Outstanding organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in Personalization or Marketing delivery
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Bias for execution; turning the dream into reality.
  • Understanding of Marketing technologies
  • Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Experience with developing roadmaps, running backlogs, detailed requirements, and writing use cases/user stories from the requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience in project management, business analysis, or similar role
  • Experience working with agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to pick up and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Five (5) years of experience within hospitality/travel, Information systems, Product management, or Technology delivery
