Job Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverage Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
What you’ll do:
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
- Represent needs of the team
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with brand standards
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
What you’ll have:
- Previous Food and Beverage experience
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in the hotel industry
