Job Overview:
As a Reservation Coordinator, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations within the hotel. A Reservation Coordinator is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest’s expectation
- Convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business
- Effectively answer and direct high volume of inbound calls
- Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards
- Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Answers calls, returns e-mails and voicemails. Assists guest in booking reservations, by providing superior property knowledge.
- Respond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
