Job Overview:
Our iconic Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton located less than 20 minutes from Levi’s Stadium and San Jose Airport and close to Saratoga’s great wineries, is looking for a Hospitality Enthusiast to join the Housekeeping Team as a Housekeeping Manager.
The Housekeeping Manager will be leading a team of 25 team members and provide full support to the Director of Rooms to deliver consistent high standard services to our guests.
What you’ll do:
- Inventory control
- Schedules, trains, and onboard team members
- Evaluates effectiveness of team members and develops incentive programs to drive performance
- Responsible for opening and closing shifts as assigned
- Holds pre-shift meetings
- Manages and resolve discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
- Reports maintenance deficiencies
- Assesses the quality of work provided
- Works with managers to address quality gaps and deficiencies
